- Complies with all applicable laws and regulations relating to modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labor, and child labor.
- Implements a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking across all operations and supply chains.
- Communicates this Commitment to all interested parties, including employees, customers, suppliers, and business partners.
- Conducts appropriate due diligence when entering into relationships with new suppliers and reviews existing suppliers periodically to ensure compliance with this Commitment.
- Ensures that employees receive adequate training on the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains.
- Provides clear mechanisms for the confidential reporting of any suspected modern slavery activity, ensuring protection for whistleblowers.
- Ensures all staff are paid at least the applicable statutory minimum wage and receive fair compensation for their work, as part of our commitment to ethical labor standards.
- Adopts a forward-thinking approach on future business decisions, including the continual review of risks related to modern slavery, which may impact on our supply chains.
- Implements continual improvement initiatives, including risk assessment and control strategies, to better meet ethical and human rights requirements.
Responsibility for upholding this Commitment is truly company-wide under the authority of the Chief Executive Officer who encourages the personal commitment of all staff to address these matters as part of their skills.
