CSR refers to the way in which businesses regulate themselves in order to ensure that all of their activities positively affect society as a whole. This policy aims to guarantee that Avocado55 works ethically, considering human rights as well as the social, economic and environmental impacts of what we do as a business. Avocado55 should meet, and aim to exceed, any relevant legislation, and if legislation does not exist in a particular area, then we should ensure we carry out best practices anyway.

Avocado55 is a transformation and technology consultancy who also provides managed service solutions; we are headquartered in Dornie, Scotland.
Our approach to advising and supporting our clients brings together industry expertise in transformation, technology, sourcing, contracting, commercial management, process re-engineering, planning and workforce management and the capabilities of our partners to deliver leading edge solutions with genuine expertise and market insight.

We are committed to reducing our impact on the environment through continual improvement whilst also supporting and encouraging our partners to reduce their environmental impact. We maintain a low carbon footprint, remote working policy, encouraging all staff to work sustainably from home.

Avocado55 supports local communities.
We support local community initiatives through donations and sponsorships. All employees are encouraged to volunteer in community programs by the provision of paid volunteering days.
Business Ethics
Avocado55 conducts business with integrity and respect for human rights. We promote safety, fair dealing, and respect toward consumers. We adhere to the Bribery Act 2010 and maintain anti-bribery and anti corruption policies and practices.
Implementation and Monitoring
Avocado55 will regularly review all policies and business practices to encourage engagement with business partners and promote development. Management is responsible for communicating this policy at all levels and resolving any CSR issues. We will measure and report on our CSR activities and achievements as part of our Sustainability process.
