As always, this release brings a lot of new features and enhancements to the platform that will help organisations work smarter and faster.
Here are the top 3 new Salesforce features we’re excited to test
- Analytics Home – Provides a personalised environment for CRM Analytics, reports, and dashboards, offering a cohesive and intelligent experience that organises all your content in one place. Moreover, this release introduces the ability to enhance your visualisations with images, rich text, and dashboard widgets – adding that much-needed depth to reporting.
- Einstein ChatBot – We’re always experimenting with our Chatbots, but it can often be time-consuming having to replicate across several different bots. With Bot Blocks (which is in Beta), you can now easily add a dialogue group to multiple bots, complete with pre-built blocks from the Einstein Bot Library. Furthermore, with expanded support for messaging components, you can now easily add structured content to your enhanced bot. The Bot Builder has also received various new features, including a list view for dialogue steps and support for direct invocation of standard actions.
- Improved Agent Experience – Targeted prompts for any field on a record page, dynamic form, or the Create window. This means that new users can receive granular guidance that’s tailored to their needs, helping them quickly get up to speed with the system.
