Acknowledged as one of the leading transformation advisers in the UK Matt is a proven industry leader, operations and transformation director with extensive knowledge of the customer contact industry focussing on deliverable pragmatic solutions.
An unmatched record of bringing together contact automation, process engineering and partner optimisation to implement pragmatic market leading solutions; whilst reducing the cost to serve.
With multiple major transformation and transitions under his belt in high pace / high quality, travel, telecoms, technology, retail, FMCG, oil & gas, Fintech and Foodtech he has as strong reputation with BPOs as he has with clients.
Matt lives in the idillic Scottish Highlands with his wife Michelle and their Black Labs.
CTO, Technology Principal
Paul is one of the leading specialists in the area of Cloud-based Deployment, Application Development, Cybersecurity, and Identity & Access management, and has helped many businesses large and small make competitive advances with the deployment of technology solutions.
Paul lives on a small farm in the foothills of the Pennines and enjoys walking and cycling with his family. Paul is also an experienced martial artist having studies Shukokai karate for many years, he also trains in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Krav Maga. Paul and his two children are also active members of their local underwater hockey club, and have represented their region in national competitions.
CFO, Forecasting, Planning and, Analysis Principal
Dominic is recognised as one of the UK’s leading contact centre operations planners, combining a wealth of practical experience with a commercial approach to sourcing and the benefits/risks of planning and performance within complex operations.
He has built and led shared service teams in major UK FTSE 100 businesses covering the: Energy, Food Delivery, Travel, Mobile and Entertainment sectors. His extensive knowledge in the BPO industry: planning, contracting, operating and transforming multi-site, multi-geography, omni-channel estates has seen him deliver at the core of many significant outsourcing activites, both client and supplier side. Dominic has also delivered significant change programs including: outsourcing and supplier migration, estate transformation at scale, system upgrades and implementation.
He describes himself as “a nosey analyst with an engineers approach to making the machine work better” – which is exposed in his numbers/data based approach to tackling and solving most contact centre problems.
Process Engineering and Disruption, Principal
Kieron is an experienced Senior Process and Change Specialist with a proven reputation for delivering sustainable solutions within the Aviation, Insurance, Retail Sectors and Financial Services. Using an adaptable & agile approach to deliver change in a fast-paced environment with a passion for detail, Kieron balances the needs of the operations and of the business with strategic thinking, resulting in the ideal solution for the business in both the short and long term. With the ability to get to grips with new processes or subject matter domains quickly, this allows him to get up to speed very quickly and combined with a relaxed personal style that puts stakeholders at ease, Kieron can constructively challenge business paradigms and stakeholder thinking.
Kieron lives near the Peak District with his family. In his spare time enjoys restoring Classic Fords and riding his motorbike.
